Be gentle

to yourself

and others!

“Life is hard enough to add extra suffering to it”. We propose here a way to build a stronger, healthier and happier self through gentle running. Then, this “ascetic hedonism” can be translated into several aspects of life, to humbly contribute to a better world.

Achievements

For the Chicago Diabetes Project

To offer to my friend Dominique a cure for his Ankylosing Spondylitis.

After 40 years of pain, he is now symptom-free and off anti-inlammatory drugs.

This treatment can also work for all auto-immune diseases such as: type1 diabetes, multiple sclerosis, Crohn disease, lupus, to name a few.

This treatment is Helmintherapy.
